In the spirit of ‘The Mandate,’ the ICED Meme allocation strategy is designed to cultivate a thriving ecosystem, supported by strong liquidity and a vibrant, engaged community—poised to buzz with activity throughout a presidential term and beyond. This approach aims not only to recapture the excitement of November 6, 2024, and its encore on January 20, 2025, but also to reward the community with a lasting gift that keeps on giving, ensuring the meme remains alive and delightful for years to come.

Liquidity

To achieve this objective, initially, 48% of the total supply of $ICED was allocated for liquidity provision. Just like the southern border over the last four years, we're making our token pool as open and accessible as possible. No visas needed here; just bring your SOL!

470,000,000,000 $ICED Memes (23% of the supply) were designated to the “ICED Mandate 47” wallet (2ADoKuDACu1ttJm6o1tr7aAL8bTszuyLWwU5k6KuCNRz) targeted to public wallets that have already showed community support and in general want to Make America Great Again.

The ICED Mandate 47 Airdrop was designed to reward early supporters and build a thriving community around our project. We took a bold approach and allocated the Mandate 47 Airdrop to approximately one million to $TRUMP and $MELANIA coin holders, tapping into an established and passionate user base of other patriotic projects. President’s weekend 2025 was truly something to celebrate, so we used February 18, 2025 as our commemorative wallet capture date for $TRUMP and $MELANIA. This ensures that those who supported these projects early on receive their share of ICED Memes as a thank-you for their involvement in the community.

To balance engagement and stability, we’ve implemented extended unlock schedules designed to incentivize holders to stay committeed to the ICED ecosystem over time. This dynamic structure will keep the community active for the long term.

ICED Bounty Program: Fire and ICE

Over the longer term, the ICED Bounty Program seeks to celebrate the Agenda 47 Mandate by distributing ICED Meme rewards to the ICED community and burning ICED Memes as the Mandate’s goals are achieved. Over fifteen percent (15%) of the ICED Meme supply has been allocated to ‘Fire and ICE’ and will be managed by the ICED Agent.

• Become a Tracker and receive ICED Memes when Outlaws get ICED.
• Feel the burn when Outlaws are deported, ICED Memes from the ICED Bounty wallet are burned, or other significant adjudications (such as immigration reform) take place.
• This process is Automated by the ICED Agent, an AI system whereby tokens are distributed based on external events (e.g., immigration data) ensuring fairness and transparency.

$ICED TOKEN SUPPLY

The supply of the ICED Meme token could see various outcomes depending on the results of U.S. immigration enforcement data and policy changes, below are a few of the possible scenarios.

$ICED Based Inflation
Refers to a surge in $ICED issuance fueled by a wave of arrests and detentions, offset by a delay in deportations, causing a buildup in the system.

$ICED Stability
Describes a balanced state where arrest and deportation rates align, sustaining a consistent flow of $ICED without notable pressure or upheaval.

$ICED Based Deflation
Describes a drop in the supply of $ICED possibly due to a slowdown in arrests and detentions (potentially signaling the end of a major enforcement push), coupled with rising deportations (including self-deportation) and sweeping immigration reforms, such as changes to birthright citizenship laws.

   • The value of $ICED, if any, is driven primarily by speculative trading, market demand, community sentiment, and factors external to any efforts of the Promoters, similar to how the value of physical collectibles is determined.
   • The Promoters' efforts are limited to activities typical of meme coin promotion, such as fostering an online community, raising awareness of the Token for its entertainment and cultural purposes, and facilitating its listing on trading platforms for accessibility. These efforts are not intended to, and should not be expected to, generate profits for Token holders.
